To ensure your booking, prepayment is required for new clients. This secures your appointment and allows us to prepare for your session effectively.

After booking confirmation, an intake form will be emailed to you for online completion. This step is crucial for a smooth and relaxing appointment. If the online form is not completed, paper copies are available in the office and must be signed before the session begins.

Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. The refund will include the full cost of the services booked, minus any processing fees incurred.

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. In case of an emergency or illness, it is recommended to find someone to take your appointment to avoid charges.

Please note that we do not offer couples massages as we work solo and lack the space to accommodate two tables.

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next client. The full session fee will apply. To get the most out of your session, please arrive on time.
