Policies and Procedures
1. Booking and Scheduling
Contact Method: Book via phone, text, or email with your preferred date, location, and group size.
Confirmation: Availability will be checked and confirmed within 48 hours.
Payment: Secure your booking with online payment. Early Bird Discount: Book before November 15th to receive 10% off.
2. Session Details
Each session includes a 15-minute experience with halotherapy and chair massage, along with guided breathwork.
Set-Up & Equipment: We bring all necessary equipment, which is thoroughly sanitized before and after each session.
Halotherapy Caution: If participants have pre-existing conditions, they are encouraged to consult their healthcare provider before booking.
3. Pricing
Base Rate: $150 for the first hour (includes setup, breakdown, and up to 4 sessions).
Additional Hours: $100 per hour for continued sessions.
Mileage: Includes travel within 15 miles. A $25 fee applies for locations 15-25 miles away. Please contact us for locations over 25 miles.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund minus processing fees.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours will receive a 50% refund minus fees.
Rescheduling: Changes are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without penalty.
5. Health and Safety
Sanitation: All equipment will be cleaned and disinfected before and after every session.
Participant Safety: Clients should notify us of any health concerns prior to their session.
